In a baby name rut...

We're 22 week along and I feel like we've been mulling over these names for years (they were also on the list for my 16 month old). I still love love these names, but they?re getting a little stale because I keep going over and over them. Does that sound awful? I think I need some new perspectives! What do these names make you think, feel, etc? Thanks in advance!

Anna would be my choice except I really don't get Jubilee. Makes me think of that ice cream role, or being really happy... which isn't a name, but a word. I dunno, odd to me.

So I chose Amelia Jane - which is kind of just alright to me.

Really dislike Violet... it's just too frilly for me.

If you're feeling bored with the names - maybe they aren't the ones for you? Have you and H tried making a new list?

Amelia and Anna just don't quite do it for me, but they are not terrible names at all.

I think I prefer Eleanor as a middle name for Violet, but Amelia is fine too.

Jubilee is what the Duggars named their stillborn baby girl.  So I can't totally get behind that.  I would be thinking of that every time I said the name

Ditto to all of this. I'm partial to Violet though because I'm using it for my DD due in April.

I totally know what you mean when you say you're in a name rut and they're getting stale.  I'm there myself.

I like Violet best. I think Violet Amelia flows slightly better than Violet Eleanor.
