If I wanted to make a spinach lasagna with fresh spinach...how would I prepare the spinach beforehand? Slap the leaves in their uncooked and let them bake with the rest of the lasagna? Or precook them?
Probably a really dumb question but hey, you gotta learn sometime!

If you precook, I'd probably just mix them in with the cheese, but you could just make a layer of them, rough chop them first. Either way would be yummy!
And now I want lasagna!
