Is your child vaccinated against yellow fever?

If so, could you please let me know if he/she had any reactions or point me to any general info on the subject of this vaccination in kids?

We're considering a trip to Africa (Mozambique) and need to have a yellow fever certificate for our visa. I've been vaccinated for it already, but got the vax as an adult. TIA.
