We have a date!

Friday!  Denver should be able to go home on Friday!  He's been plugging away at his feedings and done so well that they removed his G-tube today.  He just weighs 4lbs and 9ozs.  He passed his car seat test last night.  He did so well that they left him in it for 3 hours to simulate the car ride from Houston to Austin that he'll be making shortly!   He got his MRI today and if he keeps doing well, we'll FINALLY be back in Austin this weekend after 7 weeks in the Houston NICU!

    That's awesome news!! DS came home at 4bs 14oz, at the time he seemed HUGE but now I can't even believe it's possible he was ever that tiny. They grow so fast. Savor every moment, take lots of pics, and more than anything enjoy those 1st 24x7 baby snuggles!

    That's wonderful! One of my girls came home yesterday so far so good! I am so happy for you!
