I continued working out daily up until the day I delivered (obviously alternating my fitness programs to meet the needs of my pregnancy) but since being released from my OB I haven?t been able to get back in the groove until this week. The key? Put DS to bed earlier which alters his nursing times and allows me to squeeze in my morning workout. Whoo hoo? I?m getting my ?ME? time back!
Yes! My LO is almost 8 months and it was tough scheduling a work out when he was a newborn. Working out those first few weeks post preg helped me get back to pre preg body within a month and keep my sanity.
I continue to work out early (5am) 4-5x/week and I'm such a happier wife/mommy. I need that "me" time even if it's only from 5am-7am
