Cannot update profile! :(

I'm not sure why, but when i click on "my bump" to try to update my info and add tickers/pictures, it just gives me a white screen that says "Bad Request" and doesn't ever let me sign in....not sure why. 

 

Any thoughts? suggestions?

    It's because you have a special character in your username. E-mail community at thebump dot com and they'll help you

    I am new to bump as well, i have tickers up i havent figured out how to make it so tht i dont have to copy and paste them, they are currently on a word doc tht i copy and paste on too. How do you make it so tht they are permant with every post???
