I want something classic but not boring/overly common (I know two of them are fairly common in terms of rankings....that isn't a huge deal, I just don't want boring/tired, if that makes sense)

I like Elliot (first choice) and Ian (second choice). I have a bad association with a Nathan, so I just don't care for that name.

Ian first, Elliot second although after hearing Elliot being used on girls I couldn't ever bring myself to actually use it. ( I have never met an Elliot either, so I have no associations which could be my problem).

nathaniel/Nate by far.. I like Ian but am not a fan at all of Elliot. And it has nothing to do with it oddly becoming a unisex name or anything I have just always disliked it for a boy I think its the Elli part
