My mom's maiden name is Andrews. Growing up, her nickname was Andi (she shared the same first name as two other girls in her class). I've always thought it would be cool to use a name that might honor her in this way.
Andrew itself is a little too common for DH and me. I LOVE Leander, but he doesn't. I really like Anderson, but he doesn't.
Are there any other names with -and- in them that you can think of? I'm thinking this is easier to find with boys' names, but I'm open to girl's names, too.
