Valentine's Day Party Tommorrow

I just finished mixing my son's sugar cookies for his valentine's day party. I hope they come out well. The dough is chilling in the refrigerator. I have a heart cookie cutter and some red sugar sprinkles. This is the first time baking with his promise spread and egg replacer, so wish me luck!

I just realized at 8:00 last night that there would be a Vday party at daycare today, ack!  I busted a$$ and made some gluten free cupcakes and homemade pink frosting so that the kids would have safe treats today.  It was a long day and pretty much the last thing I wanted to do, but we gotta make sure our kids are included too.  Well done mama!  I hope he enjoys them!

DD's daycare called last week so we could get a safe plan for her V-day party. I was so thankful! They are making sure all the food in the class is safe, and won't be letting the kids eat anything on the Valentine's during the day - they will be sent home. We had a safe food sign up so we made safe cookies for the sweet treat for the class over the weekend.
