Hi, Ladies,
I've been pretty MIA lately due to teaching and grad school, but Miss Madelyn has cut her first tooth! It's just a tiny bit protruding from the bottom gum, but it is still cute.
To boot, she has a massive cold right now, so her symptoms don't mesh well with typical teething pain. Poor thing. DH is Mr. Mom today... stayed home from work to comfort her so she didn't have to go out in the cold to the sitter. We are taking turns taking off work when she gets sick.
She is rolling over like crazy, and she loves sleeping on her tummy in the crib, which freaks us out. However, she just rolls back over if we try to put her on her back, so I guess we can't fight her.
She will be 7 mos. corrected age tomorrow!! Happy Halloween! (p.s.. tried to put her in her pumpkin costume, but it is way big so I guess we'll just snap a few quick photos this evening for her album!) he he
Re: A cold plus teething doesn't mix
Congrats on the tooth! I know how much it stinks when they have a cold and are teething. We just went through it too! But, seeing that toothy grin makes it all worth while!
Feel better soon, Madelyn!
