where to find something for BRU trade in

We're wanting to get our convertible car seat during the Trade-in event at BRU right now, but I need something to trade in. 

I figured I could find a cheap umbrella stroller at goodwill or on craigslist, but have had no luck with either (goodwill says they can't resell any baby gear at all).  Any other ideas?  I don't want something really nice, as I'm just going to turn it in for the discount. 

I think it's car seats, strollers, high chairs, bouncers, pack-n-plays, walkers, swings, cribs, etc, so surely I can find something cheap, right?!

Bulk item pickup is going around south Austin right now. I think 78745 is coming up. I always see swings and carseats.

I ended up with some free stuff from another mom.

Check free cycle too!

Yes, freecycle is the first thing I thought of.

sounds like you've already got some good (free) options. but i found a car seat at salvation army for $5 when i needed a trade in.
