possibly dumb question about bella bands :)

I'm wearing one for the first time today.  Is the gummy-strip end of it supposed to be up around my belly or down around my clothes?

I think belly. It is suppose to kind of stick to your skin like a strapless bra to ke it from sliding down. I think lol. I only used mine a couple times with my first so I am not exactly an expert..

ohhh - that actually be a huge indicator, because the lacy one is supposed to show at the bottom, right?  cool - thanks!  I agree that it kind of works both ways (at this point, anyway)
