middle names: tell me what you think

Yes, I've posted about this before. And no, I'm not even pregnant yet. And yes, I'll probably change the middle name a thousand times. But it's still fun to obsess.

Tell me what you think, please (the good and the bad):

1. Thomas Grey - worried about the sometimes negative meaning of the color gray...but like it as a name...I think it's nice, sounds warm and cozy to me, and is less common...this is my favorite because I would prefer something less common

2.  Thomas Liam - don't like that Liam is popular, but husband's name is William, so this would be nice as a variant...and even though it's popular, I do really like the name

3. Thomas Oliver - this is husband's favorite, but I think it's just because the initials would be T.O.M. and he finds that humorous...he says that's not the only reason and that he really likes the name...I like it too, but don't know if I like the word "liver" in there...also some people find Oliver to sound dorky-ish

4. Thomas Miles - does the fact they both end in S bother you? also that it kinda sounds like "Thomas smiles"

Thomas Oliver sounds the best to me too. I think the initials T.O.M. are a cute bonus you get with that name- I know a Samantha Alice M******* who goes by Sam and everyone thinks it's awesome.

I love the Thomas Oliver combo. I like Thomas Liam too. I agree with you about Thomas-Smiles.

I like Thomas Grey. Thomas Miles would probably be my second choice.

I actually really like Thomas Oliver. Not really a fan of Thomas Gray (sorry), I can see why you'd like maybe a less common name to pair with Thomas, but this doesn't flow so well to me. I also don't like the flow of Thomas Liam. Thomas Miles is ok.
