DE girls- ? to ask at consult

Does anyone have a saved link with questions to ask at a DE consult? If not, what are some questions you think are good to ask. This is all so new to me. I have a list of a few that I thought of while reading Having Babies through Egg Donation. We are having a phone consult with SDFC next week. TIA!

Did you already receive an email from Jenna or another rep with around 8 PDFs regarding their program and access to their inhouse database?

Yes, from Jenna. Our phone consult is on Monday next week. Kendra the nurse is calling me on Thurs for a 45 min nursing consult. I didn't know if there were questions to ask to make me more prepared. I have a few written down. Are you using SDFC?

Some that come to mind - wait time for a donor, how much information you get about the donors/anonymity, success rates, chances of having frozen embryos, exclusion criteria from shared risk programs (if applicable), how out of town monitoring works if you will be cycling long distance, whether they have a frozen egg program, ...
