I've never prepared it myself, but H seems to like it (DH gets a dish with it at an asian restaurant and she'll gobble it up). I bought a package of firm tofu at the store but have NO idea what to do beyond removing it from the package. How do I prepare it? Cook it? Do I need to season it or use marinade, etc.?
Help!

Re: How do you cook tofu? (Dumb I know)
Ditto PPs. I think you can just saute it with whatever seasonings H would like. You don't have to cook it either, but it is very plain.
That being said, DS loves him some plain tofu, so we just give it to him in cubes. Sometimes we roll it in crushed Cheerios, crushed puffs, or wheat germ. He happily eats it that way. We use firm or extra firm, whatever is on sale.
