Graco Car seats snap into any stroller?

I have a graco double stroller I am going to be using and was just wondering if anyone knew if the carseat has to be a graco or if any other brands fit? I was considering the britax but am thinking I will have to find a graco I like.

Graco strollers only work with Graco car seats. They don't make adaptors for other brands either. Sorry!

Britax has a very unique snap-in mechanism, so it will definitely not work with the standard Graco seat.
