Update: Only five days to beta! I'M SO NERVOUS! A few days ago, I started having some major symptoms: sore breasts, nausea, cramps, crying, exhaustion...you name it! That PIO must really be doing its job . 

QOTW:  (1) It's so unlike me, but I like "Drive By" by Train. Although, I'm sure I'll hate it in a couple weeks since the radio LOVES to overplay Train songs. (2) "The Ides of March"

My ET was today, and I was so happy my one embryo made it, and it was a 6 cell. We are hoping for the best, but I am already dreading the 2ww. I had no problem with the other times of waiting, waiting to trigger, waiting to get the initial appointment with the doctor, waiting to have surgery and then to recover before we could try IVF, but the 2ww kills me! My beta is scheduled for 2/27, but I am not sure how that is going to work out. I need to give a big presentation at work that day, and I am not sure I can handle both stressors in one day.

QOTW:  What's your new favorite song? It is not new, but they started playing it on the radio again recently: Listen to your Heart by DHT (unplugged vocal version)

What is the last movie you saw? In Time with Justin Timberlake. I didn't really like it, but thought it was better than Cowboys and Aliens which is the 2nd to last movie I saw.

Yay for the recent BFPs!!  I hope you all have sticky take-home babies in 8-9 months.  Hugs to everyone suffering.

Update: Started lupron on 2/10.  Last BCP was this AM, so AF should be here soon.  Then, I'll go for a start cycle apt.  If all looks good, I'll get to start stims next weekend.

QOTW:  New Favorite Song-  I still get a kick out of Toby Keith's "Red Solo Cup"... not exactly new anymore, but still on the radio.  I also LOVE Sara Evan's remake of "My Heart Can't Tell You No" originally by Rod Stewart.

Last movie I saw- DH and I had Moneyball from Netflix last weekend.... it was ok, but DH picked it and he enjoyed it more than I did.

 We triggered last night and my ER is tomorrow morning.  DH is feeling under the weather so I'm hoping that doesn't impact his wigglers.   My ET is scheduled for 2/18.

QOTW:  the last movie I saw was Red Tails and it was rather good.  I don't have a favorite song right now but typically I listen praise and worship music like Israel Houghton, etc.

Yay to the BFPs!  So good to see so many ladies having success.  Lord I hope we'll all be joining you on PAIF soon.

Update:  Just found out that I have to be on BCPs another week.  It's really not that big of a deal but I pretty much lost it when I found out... I'm already sick to death of the irrational mood swings not to mention the fact that I'm practically constantly spotting.  (It stopped just long enough for me to think it was gone, and then today ruined a cute yellow pair of underwear.  Ugh.)

So...  Instead of starting Lupron on Valentine's Day, I go in for an u/s on 2/21 and if it's all clear I'll start Lupron that night.  

 QOTW:  The last movie I saw was Midnight in Paris, which was great!  As for a favorite song I can't say I have a favorite... but I've had "Like a Prayer" stuck in my head since the Super Bowl.

QOTW: My favorite song right now is the new Bruno Mars song. I don't really have an all time favorite song, but our wedding song was Sparks by Coldplay, and that (obviously) is near and dear to my heart.

We actually braved the movie theater last night and saw The Vow. I liked it, but didn't love it.

I am on stims. This is day 4 of stims. Monitoring appt tomorrow. So crossing my fingers since there were 4 follies on each side, that is 8 when we started. yay!!! We are doing a lower injection does and I am terrified this is not enough.

Update: DH had SA #5, which came back with way more sperm than ever before, still not "normal" levels, but it's something. Morph / Motility are still wonky, so not much change with that. We have to map out when to do our FET. I'm thinking we'll get a bit more help / info at the end of the month with our next appointment. 

QOTW:  I haven't really seen any new movies in eons. Probably something on a flight, but they were that memorable. As for songs I can't really think of anything new that I'm loving either. I need to get up on pop culture!

Update: Retrieved 12 on Saturday, 8 fertilized. Assuming my embryos don't die off at an alarming rate- Transfer is on 2.16.12. Fingers crossed this is the one for us!

Fav Song right now is Moves Like Jagger.  Partially because I'm in love with Adam Levine.  Yes, I like crappy pop music.

We just watched the ...  Knockdown Boys?  Knockout?  Something like that.  Someone said MH looks like the main character, so we watched it.  It was ok.

Update:  still noting new. It's a good thing February is a short month. Time is D-R-A-G-G-I-N-G. I have a week long conference in Minnesota next month, plus a week in Hawaii, so hopefully April will be here soon. I'm ready to get this show on the road!

Update: AF finally showed. YAY!! Now starting the BCP for 21 days. Hoping to have a retrieval the 2nd or 3rd week of March.

Huge hugs for all the ladies here. 

I go in for post m/c beta 2 tomorrow, fx that the numbers dropped like a rock.  I've been feeling crappy for days now with a headache, stomach issues, etc. - feels like a nasty hangover but it's not that.  I wonder what is going on with my system, I have no idea where I am in a cycle or anything, what my hormones are doing... it's a weird and uncomfortable place to be. 

I can't think of a new favorite song, I don't listen to the radio often enough I guess.  I think the last movie I saw was The Help?  I forget, but it's been awhile!   Hm, feeling like I've been in a pop culture cave.  Maybe that's a good thing!

It was on a flight and I was on BCPs and it made me cry... Pathetic!  I am really loving all songs Adele right now.

Update: About to finish week 1 of BCP and have my teaching class Thursday afternoon. Still a possibility this cycle could be canceled so I'm not getting my hopes too high.
