Dropping and twins?

My friend is 32 weeks pregnant with twins and she was wondering if they drop like single pregnancies often do.  I couldn't find anything on the internet so I figured I would ask you wonderful ladies!  TIA!

I did "drop" but not like a singleton pregnancy.  Mainly the shape of my tummy changed.  It wasn't until my 36th week.

I don't think I did but I think that was because of the way I was carrying, Baby A was situated so low that I often thought she was going to just fall out every time I stood up.
