OK, I'm stuck and need the input of talented nestie designers.
Re the girls nursery--the colors I've decided on are grey, yellow/gold, aqua and either coral or fuchsia.
Walls will be painted grey, white cribs, aqua dresser. Re fabric, I think I'm going to go with a grey for bumpers-maybe a chevron print, maybe something else.
The most amt of fabric in the room will actually be the curtains. Basically two walls are windows. Other fabric needs are: sheets, dust ruffle, changing pad cover, comforter for the twin bed I hope to have in there (mama needs a place to sleep!), and then throw pillows for the bed and rocker and some hanging fabric poms (solid colors).
I want to use a variety of colors/prints but I'm afraid it could get too busy really quickly. It's a pretty big room with lots of light but I just need some direction. There is definitely NO theme--I'm not a "theme" nursery kind of girl.
I think if you look at my nursery board on pinterest, that will give you a good idea of what I'm going for.
Advice on fabric colors please??!! Thanks!
Here is my pinterest board
ETA: This is the grey I'm using on the walls (but solid). It's a Benjamin Moore Covington Grey https://pinterest.com/pin/180214422558687613/
Re: need nursery decor/color help
You already have more ideas going on than currently exist in any room in my house! I'm of no help when it comes to decor. And I don't believe in crib bumbers. But that's not why I posted!
Does that Pottery barn picture seriously have a glass jar of cotton balls above a baby crib!??? Let's just pretend it's plastic for a second. STILL. The people who stage nursery pictures for the internet are so clueless.
Let me preface this by saying I have no idea what I'm talking about.
I think you need to pick 2 or three "grounding" colors. One will be gray. Whether you pick two or three depends on the look you want. Three gives that more eclectic, vintage-y feel. Two gives that more modern, clean feel. You have both kinds of looks in your board - which do you like better? And what kind of lines does your furniture have?
Use those two-three colors for your big "pieces" - then bring in the others in accents. To make it less random, bring the grounding colors into the accents as well (so, for example, if you do the pom-pom balls bring in the aqua again, with the accent colors).
I'm totally making this schniz up but that's my thoughts! And p.s. although I think I might go with coral with the palette, rather than fuschia - with fuscia it may be "overbright."

I love what you've started on your board - I especially love the bright yellow with the teal and grey.
If you're worried about a printed curtain being too bold with that many windows to cover, you can always have a plain curtain panel in a solid color with a printed band (maybe a foot or so tall) going around the middle or bottom like this:
I like the idea of using grey as the base, with aqua and yellow, and just tiny little pops of fuschia. For curtains, I'd probably go with the yellow/gold. Have you seen this fabric? You have some of the same fabrics pinned that I did. I have this one that I made into a pillow in the nursery - its a good yellow/gold color (I got it from Fat Q uart er S hop, but they have it at Ha wth orne too):
I couldn't get to your pinterest board for some reason, but I love the yellow gold with the grey. And maybe the aqua OR the fuschia. I think both is too much though.
I can't wait to see how this turns out! I may steal some ideas...
