We are going to do a Cookie Monster theme for A's first birthday, because his nickname is Monster, or Munchkin Monster. (For E we did Bugs, as his nickname is Bug or Buggy).   If anyone sees any cute cookie monster stuff out and about, let me know.  I will be checking the Target bins when you first walk in.

Holy crap I almost choked on my half-caff.  I decorate cakes in my spare time so I try not to laugh too hard at the amateur attempts because I'm SURE my stuff looked like that in the beginning, but OMG. That is a (and I never use this phrase but it's SO fitting) hot mess. If you guys ever want a laugh, check out cakewrecks.com ... hilarious.

I have seen these adorable rubber bracelets with cookie monster on them ... I'm not sure where to get them but I can find out if you're interested. They're not like those silly bandz things; they're wide (like the Livestrong yellow bracelets but about twice as wide) and they have a cookie monster head that pops out in the middle. Super cute.
