so i called for my WTF appointment after a failed ivf, and as soon as i said my name she knew right off that i wanted an evening appointment on their late day, and exactly what appointment i needed. on one hand, it is comforting to be known. on the other hand, i'm thinking i spend waaaaaaayyyyyy too much time there...

Re: my second home...
After a failure they should be accommodating! I do know that feeling though, which nurses and assistants are good, which to avoid.
I hope they have some answers and encouragement for you! It's such a dreadful thing to go through.
I really suck at staying pregnant
3 IUI's w/Clomid & Ovidrel=all BFNs
3 IVF (2 Fresh, 1 frozen) =BFN
Jan 2012 New RE & Fresh Cycle =BFP!
yeah, it's worse when i go in. i don't even have to say my name then! they're just like "go on back". i even know which rooms to go in depending on the reason for visit. i wonder if the other girls in the waiting room ever wonder about that...
they are good to me though, and it does help.
I work in the same building as my RE, and not a very large building. I therefore see the RE, and staff around quite frequently and chat outside of IVF visits. Odd but also quite comforting.
Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!
Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!
wow, that must be convenient - and inconvenient at the same time. i know some people have a lot of traveling involved to see their RE, so I have felt lucky that i only live 20 minutes away (especially for 6:30 am appointments). but in the same building? interesting.
Convenient and disconcerting sometimes especially when building staff see me in both places (Clinic and my office) and my co-workers move through the building too. I am sure they all know even though I have told anyone here.
