I received my completion coupon today and it excludes everything left on my registry!  This is so crazy why even send the coupon out with everything excluded! I'm so upset!

I feel you!  I am starting to hate Babies R Us, they never seem to let you use any coupons or discounts on anything useful!

Oh wow, I didn't know the completion coupon had exclusions. I still haven't received mine and I'm not waiting either. I went to BRU the other day and they were handing out 20% off one single item coupons starting 2/17.

BRU coupons (in general) are useless because there are so many things excluded that it's pretty much just for books and toys.  Which 99 percent of the time is not what you would be purchasing.  I also don't think their prices are anything great.  They are convenient to us - and some of their sales are OK - but we prefer Buy Buy Baby, Amazon and Right Start.

  I have a love/hate relationship with babies r us!  some stuff that i love, only they carry.  on the other hand, their prices are terrible and like you said.......their coupons usually excludes all the good stuff.  i don't know if they can always help what brands the coupons work on.  it might be up to the specific companies if they want to participate in the sale/coupon.  oh well, I'll get off my soap box now;)

I think the best solution might be to use competitor coupons at BRU. I used to do that all the time with buy buy baby..and definetly bring in any price differences to their attention.

I love their 20% off any one regularly priced item Whats the fun in that! They make it seem so awesome too bad everything is about 20% overpriced to begin with.

What did it exclude?  I thought the completion discount didn't exclude anything.  I'm trying to remember from the last time.

My completion coupon (which was only 10% off which I don't get AT ALL when they regularly hand out 20% off) excluded everything their normal coupons do. Thankfully, none of the stuff I need is under that (car seat, PnP, stroller) but I won't buy anything big from BRU without a 20% off coupon.

A couple of questions--I know these have come up before, but I can't remember the answers-please forgive me .

Does the completion coupon exclude Medela products or breast pumps in general?

Also, does anyone know if you can use the completion coupon in combination with one of the 20% off coupons?

It says additional exclusions may apply online, and one coupon per guest. So I doubt you can combine it with a 20% off coupon.

I used a 20% off coupon on my PNP a few weeks ago without any problems. ::shrugs::
