I love both first off. I voted for Eleanor because I noticed it was a bit of a mouthful to say Catherine Darcypaine bc of them both ending in an N sound. It wouldn't stop me if I really loved the name. I just think Eleanor flows a bit better.

Both are lovely. Of those two, Catherine Iris. But if Iris Catherine were an option, I would have voted for that.

We would use Catherine. We know a lot of Cathrine's (in our age group, not LOs) and they all go by Catherine.

i'd actually switch the middle names. eleanor noelle doesn't sound right to me.

I'd love Iris as a first name, but DH vetoed it. Closest I could get was a mn with it.
