Good morning everyone,
I'm so excited about my second pregnancy I don't know what to do... lol With my first child I didn't go shopping for her until I was 7 months. I'm 15 weeks and 6 day pregnant and turning 5 months on the 24th of month do y'all think it's okay to start shopping when I turn 5 months?
Re: Best time to go shopping when your Pregnant
Sure, why not?
My goal is to have the nursery complete before summer (I am due early August). We are traveling quite a bit and our weekends get packed in the summer months so I pretty much want to be done. I have already completed most of the nursery design and will begin purchases right after 20 weeks.

I've started buying things that I get a good price on - gender neutral clothes on clearance, a new diaper bag and then a few random things like a new pacifier, rattle, etc. I feel if they are things we will need and it's a good price, then why not pick them up!
This is our 2nd so we have most of the big things - just a few items we never got that we want for number 2.
FWIW I started shopping when we decided to starting TTC
As soon as you find out the sex, if you aren't going to find out then some time in the second trimester sounds good. I have only bought small stuff, but i have my big items picked out.
Also if your having a baby shower alot of people wait till after that.
Are you planning on having a shower- as if so maybe after that is always a great idea. I have a list of what I need... and after I find out gdner, I will shop. Do my registry and go to town. I find buyying little odds and ends- socks, bibs etctera, you never know how much you have, and end up wasting $ and having way too many things that baby cant wear.
I would start researching all the big things you need, crib, stroller, car seat that youw ill need.. see what you want and search for deals. This is what I am doing. I always think too - although Im a planner, I think why spend the money now when Im not due till August.
