Workout Post Partum

Any recommendations for a good workout to lose the baby weight?

  • I started with 30 day shred for a month then started slim in 6 jan first and am down 10 pounds and 2 pant sizes. I only gained 22 pounds and lost most of it immediately after having my son. I also track calories and am starting insanity next week. I look and feel better than before I was pregnant.just start with what you can and if you stay consistent you will be successful.

  • When I had my daughter I would put her in the swing and do Turbo Fire. She

  • I love Insanity, but I'd recommend doing something a little gentler if you haven't done hard cardio in a while. I did 30 Day Shred and some Turbo Jam before that. Also really like the Jackie Warner extreme circuits video. 

    For toning, I love Physique 57 (it's like Barre Method, if you are not familiar). They have a 30 minute express workout that is incredible.
