I posted last week that i was concerned my son was aspirating agian and that he may have fluid in his lungs. Ao we saw the pulmonologist and I am right he is aspirating. also he is sick from aspirating so that sucks. On top of all that we are back on thickener probably going back to speech therapy and he thinks he has a sub mucosal cleft. We have an appt with an ENT tomorrow to find out if he is right. Does anyone have any experience with this? Just wondering what to expect here? He said is very small not like ones he has seen before but I'm worried

. Also to add to things he has had diarrhea for
3 days and not to be gross but it smells like throw up so I think it's stomach acid at this point. I feel so bad for him his nose is raw from running, he has a cough can't sleep good and the diarrhea
