Memory foam bath mats

Do any of you have a memory foam bath mat?

I feel like they would be a little 'sturdier' than my current/typical bath mats, but I would be interested if anyone has any experience with them.  Do they dry fast?  Easy to wash?  Etc.

We just bought them right around christmas time.  We got the ones at BB&B, one near our bath tub and one near the vanity.  They dry super fast, and they look neat.  We haven't had to wash them yet, so no experience with that, but otherwise we like them a lot.
