I have a small amount of credit card debt I have accumulated since EX stopped paying CS which I will pay off, I will pay off the $300 bill to my attorney and I will buy this watch for myself because I fcuking deserve it

The leftover will go into savings and I might buy my mom something since she has been incredible to us.
Re: What are you doing with your tax return?
LOVE that watch!
I'm buying a new bed and giving DS my old one. I have had the same one since I was in middle school, and before that it was my older sisters, so I've never had a new one of my own. I also have 3 credit cards which ends up being about $1000 that I will pay off. And I LOVE rings, so I may buy this: https://www.helzberg.com/nav/i/category/jewelry/rings/1-8ct+tw+diamond+ring+1827812/r/gemstone+type/diamond/n/4294967264/r/metal+color/white/n/4294967266.do?sortby=ourPicks
The rest I will split between DS's savings account, and mine.
I'm using it to pay attorney fees. Anything left will go towards medical bills, etc.
I'm going to try to set aside enough for this (mother's) ring:
it's the alternative for June birthstone (pearl) called alexandrite, it turns purple and blue and green in different lights.
Saving it to pay for my attorney!
PrettyinPearls -- what has your ex started now??
Its all going towards my credit card debt. It will knock it down by 1/3.
I'm debating setting aside $100 of it to get my hair dyed and a manicure though. I've never had a manicure before.
I used my state return to put some groceries in the house. My federal return was used to pay back my mom for the money she loaned me for my divorce. I have a few hundred leftover which are being used for new home appliances I need since some had to be given to ex when I left. Then I am taking a good friend out to Fogo De Chao for dinner tomorrow night which will cost a pretty penny but I deserve it since I never spoil myself any more. Then I will put a small chunk in Roman's savings account as well.
I also used some to buy a really beautiful birthday gift for my sister since she has been so helpful to me the last few years with baby stuff. I plan on buying my mom something awesome too but her birthday is a few months away yet and have no clue what to get her.
i had a few things in collection status so i paid those off (thank you God for no more collection calls/letters). I bought DD a new stroller & a big girl car seat. I gave my grandma some money for groceries since her freezer was bare. And i treated myself to a kindle fire & a couple of pieces of clothes for work. The rest i'll try to put in savings, but we need major groceries and my mom needs some help with bills and since we live with her i feel obligated to help out.
Paying for baby stuff for Alien and a formal dress for DD. She has military ball coming up next month. Also finally paid off my medical bills associated with no insurance. Oy vey.
Oh, and since I'm having some pregnancy discrimination issues, I imagine I'm about to be unemployed...so, I'm trying to prepare for that, too. I almost have a year's worth of car payments saved up!
Do it
you deserve and youll be so happy you did!
