So over the weekend i ordered a cake for a surprise birthday party since i'd gotten cupcakes from here before and they were WONDERFUL! The cake was beautiful but i was mortified when i cut the first piece and the person who tasted it said it was horrible......i tasted it and i was SO MORTIFIED! The cake was disgusting it was totally missing everything! I took it back and explained the situation the gentleman tasted it and refunded my money. The problem is the baker called back and was a moron calling us ungrateful and thats the way the cake is supposed to taste. Um no thanks if a vanilla cake taste like that one i NEVER want to have another one. I could've spent $45 somewhere else and got better service! So needless to say i will NEVER be going back.

Wow!  That sucks.  Some friends and I were talking about this place the other day and one of them was telling me how awesome the cupcakes were.

Their cupcakes used to be good but recently they seem to have gone downhill, IMO

Wow, that's really weird and totally unprofessional! Well I'm glad you were able to get a refund at least!

Unfortunately we (bakers) can make mistakes and/or have issues. (Sorry again Nessia)

That being said....the way they handled it was very unprofessional!!! Ugh!!
