tylenol ?

So yesterday i saw my doctor for this stupid sinus infection that i have. I got an antibiotic and they told me to take tylenol cough and cold. But heres the catch i dont have a cough. Feel kind of dumb taking something for a cough i dont have. Anyway i know i have this paper that says all the different types of tylenol i can take, but go me i lost the paper a few days ago. 

So anyway which tylenols are okay to take?

I know i could just call my doctor but ugh i just saw them yesterday and they said pretty much any tylenol is safe. Just trying to double check.

My doc says regular or extra strength is fine. They also say Tylenol sinus is okay for colds. Those are the only three on my okay list.

I was told Tylenol extra-strength and Tylenol Cold.

So i decided to just call the doctor lol. Anyway they said i could take tylenol sinus, tylenol cold, actifed tab (never heard of that)  benedryl, claritin and sudafed sinus. 

The weird thing is that from the previous doctor i transferred from Sudafed had been crossed off the list. My 1st doctor was alot stricter but that makes me wonder why its now crossed off? I know i took it with DS1.
