The genetic panel came back normal. :) Still waiting on the CF testing. It should be back by next week. Today she was evaluated by ECI and will start getting services next week. And the big news of the day, Sarah is now over 13lbs! Still in the 1st-2nd% but I will take it.

    BFP @ 9dpo 5.24.2011 :: missed m/c 6/2011 around 7 weeks
    positive for ANAs (1:40) with a speckled pattern
    MTHFR c677t mutation (heterozygous)
    *folic acid, baby asprin, Prometrium, acupuncture, Lovenox*
    BFP @ 9dpo 2.1.2012 || HCG = 8 : Progesterone = 19.2
    2nd HCG @ 11dpo = 40 || 3rd HCG @ 21dpo = over 5000!

    Way to go Sarah and family!  I hope you get more good news next week and please don't be afraid to speak up if you guys need anything.  With all that's going on health-wise I'm sure y'all could use a helping hand.  Do you have a Care Calendar set up or anything?

    That's wonderful news!

    My son (2.5 yrs) has always been 3% for weight or below. For a long time, he was -5% on the charts. He went through a lot of the same tests your daughter has gone through, and saw a gastroenterologist for a long time. His final diagnosis is that he is just a little boy.

    I'm not saying their situations are necessarily the same, just trying to give you even more hope. :)

    That's all good news!

    Don't be afraid to lean on your ECI case manager for ideas and assistance on things related to the family, not just Sarah. They can help with financial assistance, low/no cost activities/toys, assistance in paying or lowering bills.....just about anything you can think of that will benefit your family.

    And I wanted to ditto this. They can even help with the cost of childcare if you need a few hours to yourself.
