I think it makes the most sense to wait until it's nicer out (unless someone is brave enough to host internet strangers and their kiddos - ha!).

We'll need to pick a central-ish location.

Playhouse cafe sounds great! I would love to attend a gtg...being cooped up inside with 2u2 and still on maternity leave is enough to drive a person insane!
