Tailbone

Ouch! Tylenol isn't helping and my tailbone is sooo sore. Any suggestions that have worked for you?

I just try to change how I'm sitting all the time so it doesn't get as bad. That is easier said than done though.

Are you sitting low in your chairs and arching your back? That is what's going on with me and my tail bone hurts all the time. Get up and walk around a little from time to time.

I've tried changing positions, Tylenol, a heating pad. Nothing has been working. I have literally been standing most of the day at work because it's too uncomfy to sit.

I had the same pain all last night and nothing helped.  Luckily I had a gift certificate for a prenatal massage so I booked it for this afternoon and I feel fabulous.  They can be pricey so I know that it is a luxury but if you can I highly recommend one.   Be sure to speak up and tell her exactly what is bothering you, it is 100% worth it.

I try to sit forward on my thighs as much as possible to take the pressure off, and I try not to sit on anything too soft as it makes my tailbone pop out of position.  I've had tailbone issues throughout my pregnancy - I hope yours feels better soon!
