I'm having tons on groin pressure today. Like hurts to walk and sitting is uncomfortable. No spotting or anything else but wow it's weird. Should I call? I have an appointment tomorrow
Getting on all 4's helped me with this pressure. I would lay my upper chest/head/face on the ottoman to DS's glider because it was the right height and then be on my knees.
You can also lay across a physioball (exercise) ball with your upper body, knees on the ground. Sitting on and rolling/bouncing on a physioball might help, too.
I've had this on and off for the last week or more. It feels totally different that the comfortable last trimester, doesn't it?! My doctor said the baby has moved down, which usually happens a little later, around 36 weeks, but some women are just lucky ... At first I thought I was going to DIE if I had to deal with it for 8 weeks in a row, but it seems to come and go with baby's position and the amount of time I spend exerting myself. Cleaning the house and long walks are no longer my favorite thing. (As if cleaning every was!) Sometimes he's on my bladder, and that's the worst. It also seems to be worse at the end of the day. If yours gets really bad, I have a recommendation for a physical therapist that everybody seems to love. Good luck!

Thanks. She's been really low the entire pregnancy, I thought I looked a bit lower this morning but couldn't tell completely. I guess she is.
Re: Lots of pressure ?
Nope. That sounds like your run of the mill third tri discomfort. Sorry, dear. Being a mommy is hard.
Hang in there!
Yes. And then the hard part starts.

Sorry!
I'm a bit ahead of you and totally there. Sometimes the pain takes my breath away and currently, I have to sit whenever I walk up my steps.
It is the suck, especially running after an almost 4 year old
