How much do you pay OOP for PIO?

It looks like I'm going to have to get more PIO, but I want to look into some other pharmacies b/c mine's no insurance price for PIO is about $80.  Doesn't that seem high?  I'm so pissed our new insurance doesn't cover it--last year it was a $5 copay. Angry

Anyway, if you don't have insurance coverage, can you tell me what you pay (I'm guessing 10mL is the standard size?) and where you order from?  Thanks!

$36-46 is freedom's price depending on the type of oil.

  • Holy crap!  I thought SoCal was expensive...

I paid $35 at CVS pharmacy for the 10ml., OOP.

  • I'm an idiot-- I just called my pharmacy to see if they would price match, and it turns out that the $80 was for TWO vials.  They charge $39.90.  Don't know why I thought it was $80 per vial.  That makes way more sense.  Thanks, though, guys!

  • If you join the walgreen's prescription savings club, it brings 10mL down to about $29 from $37.
