First thing that came to my mind was Fina.  That just might be because a friend of mine is Josefina and we all call her Fina.

If we have a girl, her name will be Serafina (Italian/Polish spelling). We actually like the nn Sera, but are open to Fina as well. We'll probably call her by her full name and let the chips fall where they may.
