Spelled Riley, it's a perfectly acceptable name for a girl, even if it isn't my taste. I know a female doctor with this name, so it's hardly inhibiting to a woman's career.
Spelled Ryleigh, it's silly, confusing and frankly, sort of trashy.
As a name, I really like it. I prefer a simpler spelling.

I love the spelling Ryleigh and when we have a daughter this will be her name. I know a lot of people will disagree with the spelling but I think its very beautiful and "girly" way of spelling it since it's a unisex name. We are still looking into middle names but so far we like Ryleigh Rae or Ryleigh McKenna.

If I'm being totally honest, it's my niece's name and I cringe every time I have to write it down. Riley isn't bad (just NMS) but I hate the spelling Ryleigh, despite my niece being a total sweetheart.
I have three friends with baby girls named "Riley" under the age of 18 months. One spelled, Rylee, one Rylie and one Riley. I'm not crazy about the name or the outlandish spellings of it. It's becoming quite popular.
Riley is ok on a girl but this spelling looks ridiculous IMO. Sorry. I don't care about kids having to spell their name out - so what? You have to do it for a difficult LN etc. BUT I care about a name looking made up.
At the end of the day - it is about what you and H love, but I strongly suggest using Riley if you go for this name.
I like Riley and think it is ok for a girl even though we had it on our list of boy names for our last baby. I'm not too fond however of the spelling you picked.
I am still undecided I have other names too but me and DH can't agree!!
He wants Jessie Jean Frances or Victoria Frances Jean
I like Cadence Jean Frances
I know the middle names are definite lol
OP, all of these are good names, particularly Victoria or Cadence. While NMS, they're still beautiful, solid names. Also, if you're set on these mn's, their style is much more in keeping with the three above than they are with Riley. Just my two cents. GL!

I think Riley is more for a boy, and I like Ryleigh b/c she will have a very irish last name and it looked nice with that last name.

Victoria Frances Jean is lovely, classy and timeless.
Cadence is NMS but fine (I do think Cadie is a sweet nickname), and is my second choice out of your names.
Jessie is nice as a nickname for Jessica.
Riley, spelled like that, would still be my fourth choice.
Any girl's name misspelled with -eigh at the end reminds me of how I would spell out the sound of vomiting. I really, really, really hate it.
Why add extra letters? Just name the kid Riley.

No. If you MUST use this, please spell it correctly: Riley.
ETA: My vote is for Victoria Frances
