One sided soreness?

in 2nd Trimester
Today my stomach and back are sore only on my left. It also feels fuller on the left- is that normal? Should I call a doctor? I've never felt this before...

    Completely normal. I asked my midwife about this at my last appointment since it was alway on the left side. She said it was completely normal. I can't remember the reasoning though...shoot.

    I'm sure that everything is fine, but if the pain gets too severe I would call your doctor! It's always good to give them a call when you are concerned if for no other reason than to put your mind at rest!
