Diaper Bag

What did you ladies do in regards to diaper bags for 2u2?  I'm already bursting @ the seams with just my son, add in another baby and I am not sure what to do.  MH said we just carry two diaper bags, one for each.  Another friend said she just switched to a backpack.  Any other suggestions?

    I just got the JuJuBe BFF and I LOVE it! It is a backpack as well as a messanger bag so I can use it either way. It looks deceivingly small but I can fit a lot in it! I've had a lot of different diaper bags and so far I like this one the best...
