Help!! Cramping..bloody show

Hey everyone,

I have been up all night with cramping and bloody show. It hurts and it is not comfortable at all. I called the hospital and they pretty much keep telling me that I need to stay home until they are unbearable :-( They already hurt like hell but I can still walk and talk through them..its 4:30am here I think I will try to do to the Dr's office once they open..what do you guys think...im getting so scared and nervous :-(

I would definately call the dr's once they open and talk to them if it will help calm you a bit.  My hospital told me that if I had contractions 5 min apart for at least an hour or couldn't talk through them to come in.

Hopefully today is the big day for you!!  I got up to pee at 4 am and have had some bad cramping since (it's now 5:38 here) so I'm hoping today is the day for me too!

Good luck!  I'm in the same boat as you, but my cramping isn't that bad...nothing timeable for me yet.  I hope today is your day!

How bad is the bloody show? ?My doctor said if it's like a period to come in, or if the contractions are five minutes apart for an hour, or if the pain is too much. ?I would definitely call your doc when they open.

I will call as soon as they open. I have 1 hour to go before they do. The bloody show that I had was like a period for a bit but then went away. I will let them know all this. I havent slept all night..i am scared I wont even have the energy to go in to labor! :-(
