What did you eat or drink before?  I am just curious.  I want to make sure I drink or eat the right thing so LO copperates

Mine is scheduled. I was told to drink 20 oz of water 40 minutes prior to the appt.

My Dr. didn't tell me to do anything but I will probably drink a lil caffeine before hand because all of my friends have said they did and they were able to see the goods!!

Mine is scheduled for the 21st...my doc said to drink 12 oz of fluid one hour before going, but a friend of mine said to drink oj

I didn't eat or drink anything...And he was so active because he was hungry.  A bit too active since we now have to go back so they can do some other measurements but we did get a good look at his little man parts

I had orange juice and a bagel with cream cheese.

Every US dept seems to do things differently. I wasn't given any eating or drinking instructions. Halfway through, we thought if I emptied my bladder, the baby might have more room to stretch out, so I did and we were able to get the leg and foot measurements we needed.

Mine is scheduled for next Tuesday, and I wasn't told to do anything beforehand.  It's at 8am so I'll eat breakfast and have a little bit of caffeine before.
