bulky diapers

I have alot of differnt CDs but they all seem so bulky on my LOs, a cover with a prefold seems to be the least bulky but also just not so abosorbant. I really want to like using CDs but they just seem so awkward to me, maybe my sizing is off but alot of them are OS. I have to put LOs is much larger clothes alot to work with the CDs is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I know its a silly ? but it just seems off to me. TIA

Welcome to fluffy butt:)  OS will be bulkier, but as your LO gets older, it shouldn't be as bulky.

You're  not doing anything wrong. CDs are going to be bulky, especially in the early stages. They'll fit better and get trimmer as time goes on. Are the sized ones working better than the OS? Your kids are at the age that DD finally started fitting properly into OS diapers.

I have found that the sized diapers with side snaps are much trimmer. My favorite is the swaddlebees simplex 2.0. But you will have to buy new ones as they grow if you get sized diapers. Unfortunately the bulk is the downside to the OS diapers. But I agree that it has become better as my LO grows.

I just had a FB OS elite on L the other day, and as I was patting her bottom I noticed how tiny it felt.... I ordered another one right then and there lol. 

All diapers fit differently.  I know which ones I can wear with skinnier outfits and which I need sweats for.  I deal.  

 O, I also have a few contours.  I have no idea what brand or size, but I'm thinking kissaluvs.  I was hesitant to try, and I never hear anyone talk about them, but I put one on, pinned it, tucked in the legs, threw on a cover, and it was like she was in a sposie, it was very trim.  She has yet to have poop come out of these.  Which is weird, BC we still have poop make it out of PFs onto the covers.

We just tried a Kissas contour and it was not trim at all on my LO! We are using it for ON so I don't care but if it was trimmer, I'd get more for daytime.

maybe trim isn't the right word? It is by no means narrow in the crotch, but when you pat her bottom it feels like there's not much there. Are there other contours that look like kissas? Its been driving me nuts that I don't know the brand or size.

I don't know much about other contours but the one I have has a tag that days the brand. The one we have is fleece and has an attached stay dry insert with a fleece lining.
