Tonight I made the roast that you posted about in your blog the other day. Totally delicious and definitely going into the regular rotation. I've been struggling to find a roast recipe with enough flavor.....this was awesome!!!

Glad you liked it!  I know - usually when I'd make a roast it would turn out kind of blah ... this one is perfect.  I pretty much licked my crock pot clean.
