I was in contact with someone from the Birth Companion program through Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, and had I not gone in to labor a few weeks early, I probably would have had someone from this program be my doula. I would contact them now though.
Have you considered By Your Side Birth Services? It's contracting with a group for doula services rather than an individual, which may or may not meet your needs. We're using them since we used one of the doulas for DS1.
We're going with By Your Side, too - we liked the open houses they have twice monthly. The Feb dates should be on their website (a Wed evening & a Sat afternoon). They also have more recognition at Holy Cross than many of the private ones because of their history there.
ETA: we like the doulas, too. :-)
