anyone experience this?

So today at church, I was standing in line for confession, and i guess the standing in place without moving much or sitting started getting to me, i started to feel my blood rushing, and felt like i was going to pass out, i felt like i was getting tunnel vision, i had to leave and go run cold water on my face.

i felt better afterwards, but i had to sit down the rest of the time.

anyone get this from standing too long? I have an appt. on tuesday, i'm going to mention it just to be safe.

Yes. Something similar actually happened to me the other night. I think I just did too much that day. Grocery shopping and then I made a huge salad. And all of a sudden I got vertigo and felt like the whole room was spinning. I laid on the sofa for the rest of the evening until DH came home.

I took an extra B12 just in casey iron was low. I plan on asking my OB about it Monday and my hematologist at my appt on the 18th.

My Drs all have me on "light duty" and don't want me doing a lot.

Thanks nay! yea ever since my spotting scare back in december, they've had me on light duty too, and i think that this week, packing up my classroom, etc, was just too much for me maybe? not sure, but i was also suffering from a sinus infections this week, so i'm wondering if maybe i had an ear infection or something like that too.

You have a sinus infection? I often experience what you did when I have a sinus infection because everything is blocked up!
