thanks for everyone's comments. i wanted to protect her privacy, so i deleted the post. to answer a Q from the thread, no, i'm not aware that she has had any resolution to the gigantic payment issue with the clinic. i sent her the recs from 5he other day...hopefully something will help. there is only so much "help" i can provide without getting in the way.
