So... About the Hunger Games watch party

Any volunteers to host?

I've mentioned before I could but I'm in PF which is probably not very centrally located. The movie comes out March 23rd but tickets go on sale February 22nd. With the Twilight Party we watched the movie a couple days after it came out at the Ipix theater. We each  bought a ticket on our own.

You also know that they are releasing it for ONE week at the IMAX!  What all does "hosting" a watch party mean? Wouldn't everyone just meet at the theater?

I'd love to host if our contract/appraisal comes through high enough to where we don't have to renegotiate. I'll find out today or Monday. Anyone have dust to throw my way? haha.

We'd be moving back to Austin late feb/early march, so I could conceivably throw a party. I mean, it might look like District 12 since we'll still be unpacking, but that's part of the theme, right?

For the Twilight watch party we met at moniejoy's house for some food and drinks before hand and then drove over to the theater. She really went above and beyond with decorations, trivia quiz, themed food and drinks.
