Can taking Prometrium help to lower LH levels? I have PCOS and I am consistently getting positive OPK's due to elevated LH levels. I have been taking Prometrium for 3 days and I still have quite a dark line on the test, but it has lightened up a tad. Just wondering if anyone knew how Prometrium may or may not effect the LH levels.
