Cost of Daycare in AL?

Hi Ladies- Does anyone know the average weekly cost of daycare in Alabama? Or better yet, in Huntsville? I don't think we can afford to have me stay home right now, and even though I'm only 6 weeks along, I'd like to start thinking about our options.

It really depends on the place. It is about 70 dollars a week for 2 full days at our daycare.

I pay $165 a wk/5 days, for a 2 1/2 yr old in Bham. It is more the younger your child is.

I'm in the HSV area and will pay $130/week for full time infant care at our "cheap" place (out in the county).  A very nice place by my work in the research park area is a little over $200/week for infants.

The same cheap place is $52/week for before/after school care.

My sister is in HSV and pays about $725 a month, full time, for 5 days a week.
