I don't know much about sleep, but here are my thoughts...
Are you still EBF? I wonder if he's getting enough fluid oz during the day to sustain sleep. Is he doing well with solids?
We did a modified CIO with JS. It was a rough 5 nights or so, but now he goes to sleep on his on for naps and bedtime. With the exception of the teething BS, he sleeps from 7 - 6:15-30.
I hope you can get away for a night. Sleep would do a world of good.
Things are good here. Thinking about a major career change, but hesitant to quit a job with security.
The boys are great. JS is up to 18 pounds and H is up to 13 pounds. While H is still tiny, he's up 4 pounds since his gtube surgery in November. He's still rockin' the oxygen, but once cold and flu season is over we plan to aggressively wean him.

3 - Psht. Same stuff, different day.
How are YOU doing? What's going on with the boys? AND in what freakin' world are they almost a year old? Wow!
